Not sure if your falconry sponsor has taught you how to cope birds, but Piper needs his beak trimmed. When the beak gets too long it can be difficult for the bird to eat around it, and you really really wouldn't want to release Piper with his beak like that. He wouldn't be able to wear it down by normal means, which might result in him starving to death. Purdy serious.
